Front Desk

The Front Desk module contains the following menus:

  • Home - provides an at-a-glance view of arrivals, departures, number of VIPs, and total guests. The dashboard panels show the current day’s status and do not apply to past or future dates

  • Batch Operations - allows users to print registration cards, check-in for multiple reservations, and settle the stay charges.

  • Pantry – allows users to add pantry items to a folio directly.

  • Guest Satisfaction - provides the ability to record and track complaints and compliments from guests. The dashboard helps Properties keep a tab on the guests' complaints and compliments for a set number of days.

  • Waitlist and Inquiry – allows users to create waitlist and inquiry records when the property is nearing occupancy on all or some of its room types.

  • Tasks – allows users to create, assign, and manage tasks provided to staff or departments.

  • Room Rack - displays the room rack by buildings, room types, and room numbers. Allows the user to raise service requests and update housekeeping status.
